This website and online store are operated by STOWMUSE. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to STOWMUSE. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, materials, and designs accurately. Actual appearance may vary because of screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, and the personalized or made-to-order nature of certain items. You are responsible for checking names, images, dates, spelling, size, color, and other customization details before placing an order.

3. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, prohibited destinations, or unavailable materials. An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and we confirm acceptance. Personalized orders may enter production quickly and may not be changeable or cancellable once production begins.

4. PRICES, PAYMENT, TAXES, AND IMPORT CHARGES

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and import fees will be shown at checkout when applicable. Customers are responsible for import duties or similar charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

5. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy form part of these Terms. Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but this does not affect remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced items or rights provided by applicable consumer law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The site, brand elements, text, graphics, photographs, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to STOWMUSE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from site content without prior written permission.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any names, photographs, artwork, text, or other material you submit for personalization. You must not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
