Can I order a ready-made design?
Yes. Ready-made artwork is the main collection, and personalization is available as an additional option.
Can you customize a bag from my pet photo?
Yes. You can select a cartoon, oil-painting, embroidery-inspired or patchwork-inspired treatment.
Will I receive a preview?
Yes. A digital preview can be provided before production, with up to three reasonable revisions.
How long does production take?
Production normally takes 3–5 business days after design approval.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from Shenzhen, China.
Can I cancel a custom order?
A custom order cannot be cancelled after it has been submitted to the factory for production.
