Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Personalized and made-to-order items may require additional production time if stated on the product page. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

United States shipping

Standard economy shipping to eligible United States addresses is free. The estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery estimates

Processing and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, address issues, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production or fulfillment.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, it will be provided in the shipping confirmation. If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us promptly through the contact page on stowmuse.com with the order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

International orders

Availability, shipping charges, delivery estimates, duties, taxes, and import fees may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout when applicable. Customers are responsible for import charges unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
